Our Sports Medicine Team gets you back in the game.

Whether you are a college, high school or adult athlete, a sports injury can keep you on the sidelines. Our fellowship-trained sports medicine physicians have expertise and experience in treating everything from sprains and strains to complex injuries.

Our Team

The OSS orthopaedic surgeons together with our team of certified athletic trainers and physical therapists work together to get you back in the game as quickly and safely as possible.

Injury Prevention

OSS provides Certified Athletic Trainers to area high schools and the York Revolution Professional Baseball Team. OSS Certified Athletic Trainers are specially trained in:

  • Injury Prevention
  • Injury Assessment
  • Injury Treatment
  • Rehabilitation

Pre-Season Physicals

Before each sports season, OSS physicians team-up with area athletic trainers to perform pre-season physicals. Athletes can come as part of the team or as individuals.

Urgent Care

For evening and weekend injuries, OSS offers orthopaedic urgent care. OSS Urgent Care is located at 1855 Powder Mill Road, York. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Call 717-747-8315 or just come in.
