Whether you are a college, high school or adult athlete, a sports injury can keep you on the sidelines. Our fellowship-trained sports medicine physicians have expertise and experience in treating everything from sprains and strains to complex injuries.

Competitive athletes and the physically active seek rapid recovery and return to action at the highest level possible.  The OSS Health Sports Medicine Team of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists works together to provide quick and easy access to care for every level of athlete.

Injury Prevention

OSS Health provides Certified Athletic Trainers to area high schools and colleges. They are specially trained in Injury prevention, assessment, treatement and rehabilitation.

10 Ways to Avoid Injury

Pre-Season Physicals

Before each sports season, OSS Health physicians team up with area schools and athletic trainers to perform pre-season physicals. Athletes can come as part of the team or as individuals.

Urgent Care

For evening and weekend injuries, OSS Health offers orthopaedic urgent care. OSS Health Urgent Care is located at 1855 Powder Mill Road, York. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call 717-747-8315 or just come in.
