William H. Ulmer Jr., DO provides care for all types of orthopaedic problems with special emphasis on sports medicine and arthroscopy. Dr. Ulmer received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his orthopaedic residency at Memorial Hospital, York Hospital, Sinai Hospital and John Hopkins University Hospital Department of Pediatric Orthopaedics. Dr. Ulmer has special expertise in sports medicine and arthroscopic procedures of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle. He uses the latest and most advanced treatment techniques. Dr. Ulmer had the opportunity to care for all levels of athletes, from the Special Olympians to the Washington Redskins. His goal is to keep his patients healthy and active.
