Michael J. Sicuranza, MD

Michael J. Sicuranza, MD is both a sports medicine specialist and a hand specialist. Dr. Sicuranza received his medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore, MD and completed his residency at Creighton University - Nebraska Universities Health Foundation in Omaha, NE. He then completed a sports medicine fellowship at Kentucky Sports Medicine Clinic in Lexington, KY and a hand surgery/sports medicine fellowship at University of Virginia Medical Center. Dr. Sicuranza is actively involved with high school, college, and community sporting events. He is the team physician for York College. Specializing in arthroscopic techniques, the focuses of his practice are sports medicine and knee and shoulder surgery. He has special interest in repair of damaged knee cartilage and solutions for the early arthritic knee. Dr. Sicuranza also has expertise in endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery.
