Job Description
Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists is seeking a professional Clinical Specialist to work in our Orthopaedic and Pain Management Clinic.
This individual will be responsible to assist in examination and treatment of patients using independent clinical judgment; interview patients, takes histories, measures vital signs and records/types information in EMR (Electronic Medical Records); prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients; remove staples and sutures; assist in applying/removing casts; prepare and assist with injections; enter appropriate ICD-9 and CPT codes into PC; complete necessary paperwork and schedules surgeries and appointments; educate patients and assist with patient inquiries regarding instructions, medications and pre/post-operative treatment.
This individual should have at least 2 years of relevant clinical medical assisting experience in a physician's office. An MA degree is strongly preferred.

Sunday 10a-7p Monday 10a-8:30p
Monday 10a-8:30p Wednesday 11a-8:30p
Wednesday 11a-8:30p Friday 8:30a-8:30p
Friday 10a-8:30p Saturday 9a-5p
