Job Description
Part time RN Case Manager to provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs. The incumbent will cooperate with the Finance Department and Scheduling Staff to obtain Interqual approval for patients’ hospital stays.
Requirements:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; current PA license
· CPR certification
· ACLS certification or ability to achieve within six months
· Previous experience with Interqual and Coding a must.
· Previous experience in inpatient patient care and/or related PeriOperative experience. Orthopedic experience preferred.
· Previous case management in a hospital setting required.
· Have professional and effective communication skills and be able to promote effective communication at all levels.
4 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
